Please explain in a decent amount of detail what you do when performing a water change. 60G tank is decent enough for an Oscar that size - what filtration are you running (including details about the media), as well as how often you clean your filtration, and how you do it might tell us something.

HITH shouldn't really occur in the first place, and your seemingly excessive water changing ritual (especially when you don't have a test kit to validate the need for such common changes, regardless of how good they possibly are for most fish) might be causing more harm than good, especially if you're doing it incorrectly.

Fish generally don't just stop eating, there's something that causes is, especially when it comes to Oscars. To me the story about your fish apparently being "Loco" and doing a bunch of damage to himself on sharp rocks and other objects without there even being any tank mates present, combined with HITH and now a problematic diet suggest some serious water quality issues.

I've asked you a bunch of questions regarding your tank maintenance, and I'd really recommend that if you want help in regards to the latest issue in what seems to be a fish plagued with problems, you should answer them.

- Take me through step by step on how you do a water change.
--- What rough percentage of water do you remove per typical change?
--- What dechlorination products and additives do you use?
--- Do you do a heavy gravel vacuum every change?
--- Do you fill with the hose straight from the tap or use another method such as an aged water drum?

- What filtration is on your tank. Model numbers, flow rates.
--- What kinds of media are present within these filters?
--- Media gets changed? Why, and how often? Carbon?

- What brand heater do you have? Is it functioning correctly - ie. regulates temperature correctly and doesn't have any cracks in the glass casing that could possibly leak something.

I think this feeding issue is directly relating to another issue within the tank. Treat the problem, not the symptoms, and to find out what the problem is we need to get into the nitty gritty of your whole setup.

--- What dechlorination products and additives do you use? API Stress Coat +

Have no idea man i have to find box which i don't know where it is mind you i want to buy a better filter when i start geting payed :D

--- What kinds of media are present within these filters? spongey ones i don't know ones red fine ones purple which in though and soft kind of

--- Media gets changed? Why, and how often? Carbon? sometimes media cloggs filter clean them in tank water in the bucket

EDIT: roughly clean about 24 G of the water sometimes a little bit higher if i miss some mess so max 26 G

EDIT : of to bed tired me getting tired means i might snap at someone thanks everyone so far got new methods to try now keep you posted :D

Amen................Hole in the head can easily be cured with water changes and the addition of salts and oxygen, the HITH probably spawned it's self in your tank due to extremely poor water quality............repeated doses ie; the whole bottle of melafix; is like poison to a fish unless 50% water changes where proformed each time, if this was done everday til' the bottle was gone your lucky the fish is still alive.

Wait wait wait you think i put a whole bottle of melafix in tnak yea totally did <_<

I did treatment for 7 days (like it saids on bottle) then water change then stoped for one day started again for 3 days water change then stop two day 3 days then water change because i was just cleaning tank 3 times a week to help heal HITH that worked but i then needed to use melafix i don't like using chemicals my self but i did.

As for oxygen well hes got more then enoguh of that.

I used to have an oscar in a 54g, and the only way I could keep the nitrates down to a reasonable level (an index of water quality), was to do 3 50% water changes every single week.

You are doing roughly 35% water changes, and you didn't specify how often. Sounds like your water is filthy, which might cause him to stop eating.

I would do a normal water change today, then a 50% tomorrow, followed by another 50% the day after, and then a 75% the fourth day.

I already said how often god dam it read the post i clean tank 3 TIMES A WEEK :wall:

EDIT sorry about that just annoyed now already been posted a few times <_<

My apologies, however you must admit your writing is a bit hard to decipher. I thought the 3 times was just in reference to melafix.

Either way, 35% water changes are almost pointless when it comes to oscars. I suggest you follow my recommendations from the previous post.
