Hi, i have and oscar that has his eye's popped out and im not sure what to do or even if its popeye. If someone could help me figure out if its popeye and if so, what should i do. Water chemestry is all good all other fish are fine. The oscar acts nornaly eats normaly. Here are a few pics. Would alot of water changes be enough or i have to medicate.

They do look a bit popped out. Though Oscar's eyes can look sort of like this on their own.
What are your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate readings?
Usually popeye is caused by poor water quality leading to bacterial infections, fluid buildup behind the eyes. Lots of water changes (clean water) can help, as can melafix, which is a mild anti-bacterial medicine.

Can you take a side view. Popeye infection usually makes the eyes look very cloudy.
Here is a healthy oscar in nature.

and I agree with Gourami Swami, so how often are you doing water changes/ and in what size tank?
The smaller the tank, the more often you will need to do partial water changes.
AN example might be, an adult oscar in a 50 gal tank = minimum 50 % water changes every other day to stay healthy.

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 10

If i use melafix should i treat the main tank or set up a quarantine.

He is in a 55g tank he is only 4 inch ans i do 50% twice a week will do more often as he grows his eyes look normal from the side.
