oscar tank mate and setup in 75 gallon tank. Any suggestion?

No common pleco, they get too big for a 75 as is and if you think oscars are high waste, plecos are just poop machines.
Any of the smaller plecos under 6-8 inches would probably be okay. Just adjust water changes as necessary.

He is an albino oscar. Im thinking to use a black gravel to contrast his white color.
