Not sure yet, ive gone into species keeping of channa, was thinking about keeping channa asiatica (16" chinese snakehead x3.) I asked on the snakehead forum whether you could keep snakeheads with other fish and apparently you can't, Although, I have been told by others not on this forum that you can and everything is not simply black and white so i'm a bit torn at the moment.

Ive seen on youtube, Oscars, a snakehead and an arowana, so i know that some people do mix them, also, in B.A.S. they have 2 Giant Redfin Gouramis, an Arowana and 2 different species of snakehead.

So What is your opinion on this as i can't help but feel it is such a waste of a big tank as i can only have 1 type of fish in it (The tank cost £650)

I am eager to hear your reply,
Danny

Ive had my O 'Louis' 2 and a half years now and hes about 14" at the moment, i'll try get pictures of my tank up soon! Its a Jewel 450 as well?! If your planning on keeping an O and a few snakeheads together, dont do it? It will end in tragedy with the O losing! Any arowana wont stay in a Jewel 450 for life as well, the tank is 5ft long and all arowana's reach the 3ft mark?! Only a couple of O's will be comfortable in a 450 for life!!!

Nice pictures from everyone btw!!!

Here are some oscars i have the red one died 2 days after i purchased the black/red tiger and the albino red are going well after 5 weeks have grown from 2" to 7" and 8" respectivly. they are my favorites.
