I have a ten inch large mouth bass living with my twenty four inch silver in a 240 gallom tank and they seem fine together ,although the bass eats about seventy percent of the food i throw in.

space and temperment. i've seen a lot of hobbyist with this successful mixed including myself, but i've also heard stories of disaster. so there's always a gamble. will definitely depend on the individuals and aquarium space.

if the tank is just barely enough, don't try it, you need bigger space to lessen aggression, better yet don't mix them
