I just remembered something, if you can get it to eat green peas they act as a gentle laxative on fish so if the fish has a small pocket of fermenting meat it might help move it along.
The temp seems fine. Anysign of white slimyness to the feces?
 
No no slime and he ate 3 peas last night, as they fell in the tank before i defrosted them so it took him a while to defrost him self, His poo is white, but not slimy.

Simular to DELS picture but is a boil shape not just a lump.
 
I think I would go ahead and get some anti-parasite food such as the stuff made by Jungle (not anti-biotic) and go ahead and dose him.
