If all you get for filtration is one Aquaclear, you had better shoot for about 10X turnover rate. In other words, about 550 gallons per hour. I know that sounds crazy, but Oscars are kings of crap. They are total slobs and you'll eventually see what i mean.
Truer words were never spoken... or typed. O's are messy as a 3 year old with a jar of peanut butter, but they more than make up for it in personality.
