yes the ones in your pics are definitely endlicheri endlicheri, possibly volta variant judging from head shape and faded stripes (but i'm no expert on endli endli variants).
differences between endlicheri endlicheri and endlicheri congicus are pretty obvious, but in writing it might not seem like much. i'll try my best
the head shape of congicus is different, taller and sometimes not as wide (but as mentioned volta endli endli also has a taller head while guinea endli endli can have flat and wide head). stripes of congicus are usually faded. note the word 'usually' cause there will be exception. e.g. endli endli can have faded stripes like the volta, while some congicus can have pretty bold stripes. There are
almost always more stripes on congicus, and the stripes are
almost always narrower than endli endli.
basically there will be exception to every criteria, but when you put the whole package together, it's usually unmistakable.
