What a cute rescue you've got there nice job , she's going to be a great addition to your family plenty of fun and games to come :D what's she like at toilet training etc my first dog mampi (also a rescue pup at 8wks) was a nightmare for months and he was really naughty , ive had better luck second time around with my new pup swift hes an angel in the house but a bit on the wild side when he's outside , hope cocoa brings you as much joy to your life as my dogs have brought to mine and she checks out with no problems for the future , look forward to updates on her and how shes getting on happy pup keeping :D

Awwww. So cute! Looks and sounds like she will have a great family and home! She would look adorable in a puppy sweater or wrapped up in a little blanket :):) Fingers crossed for her vet visit.

Uuugh... Old Roy canned food, sleeping in a garage in the winter, worms, starving. Makes me sick to think about it!!! :banghead:

Her staple puppy chow is exceptionally nutritious/organic/hollistic so I'm hoping for the best!

Actually I feed her NLS exclusively and hikari sticks as treats!

We actually changed her name to Emma, makes sense having a female cat made Kate.

Boxers are awesome, and my next dog will be a shepherd so that's an awesome mix.

I see you already named her but with those eyes I'd have to go with David Bowowie.

Lol maybe if she was a dude! Hoping to see some decent Shepherd in her as she grows. Boxers are rad but their crazy energetic!

Thank god!

Her parvo and all other parasites test came back negativo :)

She really only possibly has worms of some sort but she got treatment #1 today, a prescription weight gaining food and 'revolution' flea/tick treatment, next week is all vaccinations and check up. We pre payed for a 1 year health and Wellness plan! 460$/year for everything plus spayed in a surgical environment sedated w/ take home pain meds plus the rabies vaccine. Basically I can bring her to my vet whenever she tells me or we have an emergency so not to bad plus only 38$/month payment plan!

Very good decision. Spaying alone is really expensive, let alone medication, shots etc. :)
