Our pool to pond conversion

It looks like a very good use for a swimming pool better then filling it in with soil.
Would it be easy to change the pond pool back into a swimming if you where to sell the house?
I think what would be really cool would be to dig out a depression next to the swimming pool like a cement deck and build a add on to the swimming pool with giant fish tank windows to look at what is going on below the water line in it.
