Over Or Understocked?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I don't think it is a 10 gallon look at the pot in the corner even a small pot would look bigger than that in a 10.... I have one at work (on my desk) and there is no way that is the same size as mine... I think he is just trying to get people wound up:D

ARE YOU NUTS!????

THis shows that your are a true amature!

YOur RTCs and your pima can't live in a 2kg tank.

It is no where near half way to being HALF WAY of enough water. Even if you tryed to do somthing like that you have to do a 1,000 gallons water change every 4-5days.

i only say that i will put rtc in there because i hope to breed them. i got other monster fishes i just would not put with my rtcs because they will eat them! YOur pimas are normaly 8ft they can grow up to 12ft. and they will kill eat other because they are HIGHLY TERRITORIAL!

thats it?
I pictured your planned stocklist for the 2K+ being much bigger, something along the lines of:
6RTC
10 silver aro
5 araipama
8 TSN
15 P.bass
6 umbi
9 dovii
3 mekong cats
and possibly a school of 12 or so FW tarpon.

thats what I would do if I were you and seriously overstocking tanks was my cup of tea.........

NOT easy as you think!

hey Redtail_Watcher, what are the dimensions of your tank?

IT's a 10gallon not a 100! or anything else!:)

The fishes are there to get plumped up before they enter a bigger tank. my fontosas are in there to teach them to have agresstion to have large humps on there heads so they will be strong when if i decide to put really agresive fishes with them!

same goes for the rest of my fishes.

my most agressive fish i got in there is my asian algae eater. it was in my 29gallon with my S.A. peakock bass at 8inches almost a year ago, My Asain algae eater it came out of underneath of a slab of Rock and attacked it and it was trying to eat it at it's side! (it does that at the time at a regular basic, that thing, is brave!)

i created it to be like that because i had them housed with 10-13inch TSn. and a 10 baby rtc when my algae eater was at 3-4inches.

and guess what people?? IT is still alive and very strong and powerful!:headbang2

I figured he ment 100 cuz he kept saying 10 and the video clearly show's a tank way bigger then a 10 gal maybe 40/45 gal ... that many fish in that small a tank is a box of death!!!:irked: .. unless he has a 30 gal wet dry set up or bigger and the water turn's over a 1000 times an hour..:

hehe, your just pissed because it was over your head,Its okay, dont

that imagined stocklist of a 2K is a slightly exaggerated comparison to your ten gallon.;)

anyways, how long do you plan to keep all of those fish in that 10 gallon, they are probably stunted after 8-10 months in a 10 gallon.

I'm not pissed or mad, I think it was a really stupid statement and not being logical.

and my fishes aren't stuned because they are still growing faster then ever.
