Overflow doesn't have the holes for return nozzles (Help)

I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's 1.5" hole since the kit comes with one that size . States 1140 GPH max (assuming your pump can dish that out).

1 1/2" aquarium holesaw, 3/4" loc-line is good for up to 1140gph. Specify insert elbow if you would like to use vinyl tubing for your return.

When you add the primary drain pipe (i.e. full siphon) make sure it's at least 4" below the trickle stand-by / water level. Mine wasn't low enough at one point and it would "gargle" now and then. Since I cut it lower, there's no more water noise and very quiet. In fact, I hear more water from water flowing in my sump.
