Overstocked or Understocked? You Decide

Thanks guys for posting the BGK pics/threads. I will admit I'm suprised to see two that big, but do note they are both around 15", not 18, not 20. Also note that in both threads members continually repeat "wow, I've never seen one that big". Impressive fish none the less...quote]

Oh, I totally agree. 18-20" is not going to happen. Those just show that the 12" 55 will indeed be too small. I'm surprised by how many people are amazed at any over 12". You don't see too many around here, but most of the ones I have seen were close to, or longer. Nothing close to 18" though.

I have had 2 and neither one got very big and I had them for a few years. I'm suprised that those pics are so big as well. I wouldn't sweat the knife now I would more worry about the pleco.

Pleco isnt long term. I am gonna grow him a few more inches and get rid of him. He craps alot too which I dont like.

ya but it takes a long time for that bgk to reach 18 inches
a few years
but get rid of the pleco and your good
