no... the only sharp part is the barb, but when it cuts you the sheath (black part) gets inside the cut which is the poisonous part
Im confused haha To me it looks like this on my ray Like it has 2 barbs lol I know im cofused prolly cuz im in a fright! The top whatever isnt serated the bottom one is!
no.... acourding to ur pic your ray has two stingers, rays lose stingers as they grow new ones, the cover is actually fully on the stinger which is why its black instead of white. when they lose thier stingers they will eventually turn white... because that is just bone... the sheath is the poisonous part and that covers the bone
yep then my ray has 2 stingers!!!!! no lie and they both are identical! so is he a oddball or what lol My other rays are to small to tell so i guess he had 2 stingers one of which is now gone

But seriously, go to a doctor, at least they've got nice equipment to look in there REALLY well and make sure there aren't any tiny, splinter sized fragments left inside. Don't try to tough it out, macho-man. Just go.
