Wow, Went to check out my Bass this morning, saw a bunch of eggs. The male is guarding them pretty good. Eggs are a little yellowish. Hope they make it. Any body have any experience on P-bass breeding??? Not sure what to do next.

Congrats!

Congratulations! Pbass eggs are naturally yellow, you don't need to worry unless they turn white. Expect your pbass to start digging pits in the gravel within the next day or so. The eggs will hatch after about 3 - 5 days and the fry become free swimming after a couple of days. If you want to raise them, your best bet is to remove the babies to a small tank and feed them lots of baby brine shrimp. I tried feed frozen baby brine shrimp to mine with no luck, so live is definitely the way to go. There are others on the board who have successfully raised babies, so I defer to them I that regards.
