Bummer that you lost the eggs. It's very likely that they failed to fertilize them this time. I know my pair drew blanks their first time as well. The second time, they managed to fertilize about half of them and the last time they fertilized almost all of them. Let us know if they do it again. It'll probably happen in about 3 - 4 weeks.
