never tried P90x. am thinking of ordering it though because i never really have time to hit the gym, and PT just doesnt cut it.
Crossfit works, we did crossfit and Semper Fit ( Marine Corps form of crossfit). they have a website you should check out. im not sure what it is exactly, proabably just crossfit.com. lol. if you get P90X its supposed to be a build up routine once you finish you'll be in shape but keeping in shap will be hard since you cant just start the video over. so you will most likely be looking into crossfit anyways.
btw, crossfit is a fullbody workout. it increases your run time like crazy, pullups and pushups are a breaze. just by doing the pushup routine, mine was about 150-180 pushups each time and never touched a bench press, just added 45lb weights to my back,(a weight vest might be better though, easier to balance and wont put too much strain in certain plaaces, but balancing the plate was half the workout) and after about 7 months my bench had increased 50lb and i was 100lbs over my weight. good stuff right? also we had a Sgt. in my MOS school that did crossfit religiously and got a 300 pft, running 3 miles in 17mins and change.
now that you mentioned it though. im going to order P90X. if you get it let me know, we can compare results.
