I was on it last summer I was pretty big to begin with but wanted that chiseled look. Me and my wife did it and got awsome results after the first 30 days I started to look really ripped. I currently have a bad elbow injury but I cant wait to start the 90 days again. I did not follow the meal plan but we eat very healthy anyway. The olnly thing I wish I had was more dumbells My arms were very big when I started but I quit my gym membership when I started the program, I only had 25lb and 50lb dumbells at home so I think I lost a little bit of mass on my arms I recommend it to anyone if you can make the 6 day a week commitment.
ps I tried to burn them for someone and the disks were unable to be burned I am no computer wiz though Good luck
