Oh BTW.... I'll take a new copy if we're passing them out. I gave my DVD burner to my niece so I can't burn mine.

I've never heard of this before and i've just been reading the reviews! Sounds great I wanna be ripped in 90 days dammit! I do 1 hour workout everyday through a dvd. I bet the meal plan contains loads of boring yukky meat.

If you google "p90x vegetarian" (or vegan) there are a lot of results for discussions on forums and other guides for substitutions. Vegetarian is easy, vegan may be tough with such an intense workout.

:banher:

actually, protien shakes and fruit smoothies are a key part of any workout. the protien (no meat, tasty) builds muscle, and the fruit, or fruit smoothies gives you the energy you need.

I'm always scared of protein shakes, contain loads of calories, i know i can work out better and for longer.....but is still really scarey drinking 400 calories when I use to have 600 when i needed to lose weight!

I'm already signed up to and online fitness/diet programme mainly for weightloss than building muscle. I've started to eat more calories so I can train I think i'll really get into fitness around september time when I have reached my target 19 BMI so i can afford to gain bulk and train it off.

a cheap, low fat alternative to protein shakes is just buy powdered milk. its way cheaper and has less calories than SOME protein mixes. for about 10 dollars i can get 3 times as much protein from powdered milk as i can from buying protein (i don't even know of a protein you can buy in any size for 10 bucks).

I have the p90 x and it is a tought workout. I was on it for 45 days until i had an ear infection and started losing my balance.. I had the ear infectionn for over a month which really pissed me off i was dizzy all day.. Anyway the p90x is tough and gets you working from day 1. i will begin again and post before and after pics. Let me know how it goes for u... BTW you need to download some torrents to copy this dvd which is a pain in the butt and dangerous because more times than others you will get a virus

i'm not really worried about the viruses. I take many precautions when using torrents...... what makes me weary of d/l'ing the p90x is ITS NEARLY 45GB! even with my 10MB p/s internet, that would take weeks

what about this, Randy Couture does it so it must work....... Right? LOL.
