paintball co2 regulator

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Just popped into the local welding supply shop and hooked the paintball regulator onto a 5lb cylinder. Had to put a gasket in to stop the leak, but it fit and the gas flowed out beautifully. Apparently there is no adapter needed, just the small gasket.

great to hear yours worked out! i just got mine refilled today, ill try to test it out tmrw. hope mine works as well as yours

i just hooked it up today and it leaks from that tiny hole on the silver part of the valve. did you have that problem?

There's a gasket that must be used when connecting a standard cylinder to a regulator. It's usually a piece of hard plastic that fits down into the regulator connector. Rex Grigg's has an image of some here.

thanks for the link.
i also found another problem, i was stupid enough to buy a paintball siphon tube in the tank so its liquid coming out not co2 gas.

If I understand it right, then yes, it keeps the liquid from coming out, which would damage a paintball gun.
