Painting the back of a tank ??

...just painted the back of my new tank, very quick and easy. I just did as Steve_89 said, used a spray pack of matt black, a light coat to start with, it dries very quickly - within a minute or 2, then a couple of coats over the top. Took about 15min all up including the masking and turned out great!

Seriously guys.

It is so god damn easy....

Just make sure you tape it off so no paint gets inside and nothing can really go wrong...

Good luck trying to remove auto tint if you decide you dont want it anymore Paint scrapes off glass easy.

was thinking of painting the backs of my tanks black,,,,any suggestions??

It sounds mad but I have used Tin Foil the sort used for cooking on the back of a tank used it crinkled up and flat looks good give it a go if you don’t like it just unstick it.
