To get a bigger tank I would recommend pointing out the benefits to your academics and education produced by managing a much large community of fish. If you have a true passion for it and think it could become a career then find ways to point this out and try to excel in the field.
yeah :D

Nice planted tank in the living room, everything else in the basement. They don't seem to mind.

^lucky lol :D i hoep my mom let me put a 135 in the basement.

6My mom wasn't cool about my 125, so i moved it to my dads place, he thinks the fish are cool as long as they are large, he even is going to buy me a 240 for my birthday. Just keeo good grades, my average was 8 out of (1-10) so i guess that helps a bit.

I first got a 10 gallon when I lived at home, this is where it all started. Then she saw how nice they looked, then I got a 75 gallon. My dad just rolled his eyes because I have two jack russells, 5 chinchillas and two parrots, they know how much I love animals.

Then I moved out, got another 75 gallon, got a 3 gallon betta tank, next a 120 gallon and that is all. But they were pretty cool with it, they know I take good care of my animals so they had no issues. When they come over they just love to look at my tanks.
