ohh wow .. i think im going to stick with my 480 gal tank .. that should support a paroon .. if not the paroon .. i was thinking of a blue arrowana or something .. i just want to have a beast of a fish .. dont really care as to type.. maybe go do a green terror, red terror and blue jack dempsey .. . if anyone has anythoughts as to a big yet evil looking fish .. im game ... im new to salt but i have a couple friends who have salt tanks.. my max tank size is 480 us gallon to 500 us gallons..

Paroons are very difficult to import into the US right now. They're often confused with an endangered relative and are difficult to get through customs. So people rarely import them anymore.

A paroon would work in that tank, if you can find one. If you want something mean looking just look around on google, you could do a vampire sheet fish, wallago attu, payara, tigerfish, golden dorado.... Alot of possiblities

Yes they are legal in Wisconsin, And you will not be able to keep that species that was in River Monsters. That is the largest of the species (Hydrocynus Goliath) Which get way too big for your setup, You would need to buy the smaller species (Hydrocynus Vittatus) Which is cheaper and easier to keep.
