doesnt look like a paroon to me, mine were a silvery coulour when i first got the but now they are like 4 inches and are quickly turning black, also from what ive seen the outside of the bottom fin is usually black.... dunno though that could change between fish

this is the picture i found of a baby paroon on the net, it could be mistakenly labeled and maybe mine arent even paroons. mine now at 4 inches look very similar but more dark in colour
