Paroons?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
There is no ban on paroon sharks. They have trouble getting through customs because they confuse them with another type of similar looking fish that is endangered. (Can't remember the name)

Still sound fishy to me but will give him the benefit of the doubt. There's no ban on these that I know of. They might be seasonal fish is why you only see them available certain times of the year. I like to see if they are Pangasius sanitwongsei. 20+ 20" sanitwongsei's in a vat in Ohio fish store someone who lives close should go and investigate!

I just called Gerbers, they are still there at $299.99, they started in a 20 gallon when they were obviously small, 2 years later they are in a big vat, all together. The lady claims a foot but I know better than that, they are an easy 20", one was a lot bigger than the others but someone bought it last time I was there is Feb.

I'm very interested in the guy who bought the Pangasius Larnaudii, I might buy it considering they grow to a larger size than the Iridescents...

Thanks much, bro! That explains a lot too. The owner has the tank, the patience, and wants to recoup all of his investment and then some.

They have them at my lfs all the time. But they are always small. Like 4 inches
Tell us more, mate! Especially on your incognito location :) What's the store? How much are they there?
