What? That's not good. Could you please reiterate what happened? Have you not sent in the payment long ago and he came back to say that the fish were being acclimatized and then would be sent to you? Just would like to know your rating of this seller and what exactly happened and hope you'll at the very least get your full amount back.

But as of what you had told us about this whole affair so far, it makes the APS look pretty bad.

I am not a happy camper.. I sent payment on an ebay buy it now about 3 weeks ago. he told me they were quarenting and would send the following week. the following week he told me it was to hot to ship.. after not hearing from him for 2 weeks he responded last night that he was having computer problems and would email me soon....
 
I liked APS stock and prices off of their web site. I am quite interested how he will handle this situation. Thanks, Jay!
