Parrots?

Here’s an update on them. They honestly don’t look like BP. They don’t have that ugly weird face shape. What hybrid could it be?
Thought the unfaded picture was part convict for a sec. They look like parrots, but like one of the parents was a midevil, hence the head shape. Or it is young and will still develop the weird head. About how large is it?
Blood parrots are hybrid of midas and vieja synspilum. I believe crossing back with midas make king kong parrots and similar. Your fish might be latter.
Definitely old/large enough for the characteristic parrot head. Most likely a kkp
Update on my yellow one. almost all of the black is gone. Also his head looks straight doesn’t look like a parrot at all haha.
Time will tell. Definitely has some parrot in there, what else is a mystery.
I would say either part FH, texas or Carpinitus just due to the pearls that are barely visible in the fins. Granted with hybrids they're all shots in the dark, whether any of us manage to hit the nail on the head or not we will probably never know unless OP decides to spend the major $$$ to do a DNA test on it. If OP ever does decide to do that, that would be very interesting to look it over and see "How its made".

Looks to me like a blood parrot crossed back to midas. I’ve had regular blood parrots that have the same pearling on the finnage. Nothing about this fish strikes as flowerhorn, Texas, or carpintis to me. It should turn out pretty cool as an adult. A half blood parrot body shape but with a fully functional mouth so he’s gonna be dangerous.
