Remember that Cptn. Sully landed a plane on the Hudson river a few years ago without it breaking up or any debris. If that happened in the middle of nowhere it easily could have sank before anyone found it.
 
ya,, the INDIAN OCEAN,,is kinda big...people(often on here)forget the original search area was thousands of sq. miles....now its an entirely new area a thousand miles away from the first.. btw this NEW DEBRIS SIGHTING...5 days old ,sat photo....got news for everybody ,,that's even a huge longshot that they find this new debris

I? seee,,, noting wrong,, with the way he types. (my best Captain Kirk) Think that the boat has sailed per say, I give it about 5% chance now of ever finding it. I spent allot of time in the IO when i was in the navy, very large ocean, and can be quite choppy with large swells most of the time.
