Passenger jet missing

How do you hide a plane with all the technology we have. Either there was another unknown "Bermuda Triangle" type scenario that scrambled the controls and they crashed into the ocean or UFO's. Seriously there's parts of the ocean floor that are unexplorable and unreachable by man because it's miles below sea level. If that plane went down in one of those areas it will never be found. Just my one and a half cents.

Not so hard to send a tweet out saying you love your family or simply "help" if **** was going down in the plane the way I see it. Unless everyone died instantly (wouldn't happen if someone hijacked it) or someone managed to get on the plane with a cell phone jammer, a sophisticated piece of technology strong enough to block every frequency but the ones they needed, and certain ones controlling mechanisms on the plane, i see 1/300 people being able to post 1 indicator on social media. There would have to be 1:1 ratio of terrorists to people to simply confiscate the phone without someone being able to get help out. Then on the other hand you'd think if it was not due to foul play, there would be some time before the plane went down for someone to post they love their family (believe it's been done before).

This could be a moot point considering depending where they were, there may not have been access to data for whatever reason, maybe someone that travels by plane frequently can speak to how connectivity works with phones and tablets up there, i am not educated enough on the subject, just something that struck me as odd cuz people tweet everything.

Interesting article. Acars and transponder turned off 14 minutes apart. Last ping is 7+ hours intact which means some form of electrical system must have been intact.

Funny how people are focusing on the flight simulator in a PILOTS house. Sure it's easier to crash a plane then to fly it, it was the guys job to do fly so why wouldn't he want practise? Everyone vouching for this pilot left right and centre, don't see how the flight simulator would make a difference as to where he was flying it...

I can't imagine they would have cell/data coverage over the ocean, I don't even get it at my work that is around ten miles from the nearest cell tower....

Theyre suspecting that he was using it to trace a pattern to fly undectected

Did you read the thread before you post? Alot of your points have been brought up, discussed and questioned days ago

I seriously want to see you tweet from 43,000 feet up though, while either dead or kidnapped

I work 2 jobs a day, go to school, and exercise regularly, and have friends and family to keep up with, no time to pour over every post judge Judy, just trying to participate in a discussion, now go tend to your 35 gallon.

I drive a car but I don't have a car simulator in my house. If I was training people how to drive(without them driving an actual car) I'd have a car simulator.

You're not trying to tell me that because you drive a car to commute that is the equivalent of taking 300 lives in your hands at 45000 feet and god knows how fast, with a million more things that can go wrong as your career and reputation? Come on man, you know there's a difference, you rear end someone at 5km an hour noone is gonna be upset.

I just seriously hope that the plane did not get into the hands of the wrong people and is planning on being used for a 9 11 way :/

My heart goes out to the families, could only imagine my dad brother mom disappearing and not knowing what happened to them but expecting the very worst since it was in mid air.

 not because i think you right just because judge Judy is hilarious. I can see a senerio where going to 45000 feet nock out or kill all the passengers of cabin decompressed then coming down to 23000.

I can not see doing it just fly another 7 hours to just drop out and die with out a message.

cell phones are not working at 32000 ft in the area of the world, let alone 45000 feet.
