Sorry to hi-jack but just want to say karting is mad fun!!! Tried out one of those race level karts one and almost crapped my pants...

The rush of being inches from the ground and doing 100+ KmH down the straights are pretty incredible...

But back to Paul Walker, he definitely seemed like a nice guy, and shame he died at the hand of a friend

Helmets & nomex hoods usually cancel the drag of facial hair out but nothing like a tangled beard in the straps!

Anyways Im clean shavin going on 48 hours....

Hopefully they can read the ecu or do a good enough crash analysis on what's left of the car to hopefully cancel out driver error..... may be wishful thinking

Shame that no one was able to help during the moment it crashed... I wonder what happened and how long before it went up in flames like that?

Im guessing being a super car, its probably running high octane fuel which is what caused the accelerated burn?

PS Even just gokarting can be scary fun... These karts did 70kph, which was enough to make me poop my suit:

Nah it runs 91 octane minimum or 93 regular pump gas! Not an ethanol burner!



Nitrous is more of a 1/4 mile/drag solution. for a v10 a supercharger or Turbo would be a good solution, preferably a supercharger cuz that v10 only has 400 footpounds of torque which is still a lot but not crazy for 600+hp!


I still speculate they had a mechanical failure or flat tire. With all around ventilated ABS carbon brakes that car is light enough to stop extremely quick!
