It Alan! And I have a modded 2 door civic si. Great gas millage and handling! Not as good as a 911 but that's just a daily driver to and from work.
a manual mid engine car in the rain is different, that I can see as I said above!
As for racing this is a drag/Autocross project LS1 '02 Z28 Camaro
-rebuilt head, fuel pump/injectors, drag header downpipe, ecu tuned on dyno pushing 500hp to the wheels built with friend. Couldn't push it to what we wanted because of knock sensor which recently just got handled but unfortunately living in the Midwest this car only gets driven like it should about 6 months out of the year. 12.4 1/4 mile, saving up for Mickey road slicks. Should push it right at 12 flat with good hookup and a stage hand brake.
Before knock sensor issue, headers and downpipe install and re-tune

Main Autocross is our 91 Mr2 MKII Turbo, everything rebuilt with 5S-SE block @ 2.1liters w/ turbonetics T4 Turbo @ 12-18lbs of boost (3" inlet) internals rebuilt w/ ecu/dyno tune, coil overs. Right around 380hp given the boost. Great handling 13.2 second 1/4 mile on a good day but handles much better. Before tune

Expensive sport that's why you need a friend to go in on with!
