Lol....it is...in the end I guess.It is one of Paula's holiday specialties in which a chicken is placed inside of a duck which is then placed inside of a turkey and then the whole thing is placed in the oven.
that's probably juicy, but I might have to see it being done. sounds hard to cram everything inside that many times.
TBH, I've never seen deboned poultry that's still in one piece.
I never cooked it, but someone who did said the oven needed to be set low and it will cook for VERY long time. These days you can also mail order yours for like 100 dollars.
