I got home today and one of my 3 payara was gone, the only other tankmate is 5-6" pleco. Do you think it could have eaten it ?
The pleco might eat on it once it dies. But It would not eat it all. They can be jumpers, so check around on the floor
There is only a small crack where it could have jumped out and i checked around that area on the floor. I hope its just hiding.

i doubt a pleco would eat it.
