you'll be fine with an ocellaris for way over a year in a 90 or 125.. they are not as fast growers and don't reach giant size like the other species.. i kept a breeding pair in a 125g for over 5 yrs.(wild caught in miami) before selling them..

approx. 23" in the wild (world record is 12lbs 9oz. and florida record is 8lbs 8 oz.) sound large but, not compared to other species that get over 30 lbs.
in captivity 16"-18" max. rarely to 20".. i'd say he'll be fine in there for atleast a year. should be in the 10"-12" range around then..
 
I've got a 20" ocell right now @ 3 years old. She was 18" in her first year and a half, 12" her first year which IMO is to small for a 18" deep 125g.

Hugh's ocell is over 24" and I believe his is less than 3 years old.
