Pea puffer?

Bought this guy as a pea puffer. After a few days he turned yellow, is this fahaka? He's .5" btw.

I'll fish him out tomorrow during water change and take a pic. He's really shy still. I looked up pea puffers and don't see any black dots on him. He does have a lot of tiny white spots, not ick. I'm hoping it's a pea though.

Awe man, that's what I thought. What are the odds, just ask the Lfs to fish me out whatever pea he had in a tank of many. Went back today to check, the others didn't look like him. I guess I'll need to clear some space.
