They started to eat again, but the smaller one of the two just lays down all day but when its feeding time he gets excited.

Please help oscar is almost fully horizontal on the ground.

Does he still eat? How do the other fish treat him?

He eats a llittle. Physical condition is poor as he looks skinny. Other fish treat him great.

Were you able to get him hex shield? Any type of internal parasite killer. That definitely sounds like what is going on. It may be too late for this Oscar, but there is a risk of the others getting infected too.

I treated with general cure.
He was fine when I first got him, he even ate from my hands. Now a couple of months later his health is really starting to deplete

A lot of what is in general cure can cause problems if used too much, so I would wait on that.

Can u recheck ur water. Don’t double dose the general cure. Keep nitrates low. It needs to be fed some hex shield. But try to separate it.
