Depends. If you absolutely wanna save and raise out a large number of fry, you can hatch the eggs on your own. Otherwise, it’s more interesting to leave them with the parents

They can be great parents, as longs as they are alone with the fry, without, distraction or other predatores.
Once the fry are free swimming they will need moderate multiple feedings throughtout the day.

OK, so a bunch of the eggs have been knocked off the rock. Do you think I should remove the male? He’s pretty rough. And I have a separate stock tank. I can put him in for a while.Depends.
