Do I separate the eggs? Do I separate the male from the female? Or should I just leave it alone and let it be natural?

Depends. If you absolutely wanna save and raise out a large number of fry, you can hatch the eggs on your own. Otherwise, it’s more interesting to leave them with the parents

They can be great parents, as longs as they are alone with the fry, without, distraction or other predatores.
Once the fry are free swimming they will need moderate multiple feedings throughtout the day.

OK, so a bunch of the eggs have been knocked off the rock. Do you think I should remove the male? He’s pretty rough. And I have a separate stock tank. I can put him in for a while.Depends. should I remove the male since he seems to be making most of the commotion that Knocks eggs off of rocks?
If you want to raise fry. I mean really want to raise fry you should remove the eggs to a small tank with good filtration and water movement and let them hatch.
Of course you need to be able to feed them. I hear of all these micro foods and such but back in the day I raised brine shrimp.

Most fry don't really need the parents. If they are alone in a tank with proper conditions and the right food they will thrive.
