was going to go haps, but love peacocks way too much...so disregard that one.

Please delete thread

although that is one hell of a fish, I've decided to have lots of 5 inchish fish instead....Compiling a list right now.....

so a.d.d me decided to go with smaller haps after reading and looking online.
Projected stocking list (still room for some change)
Groups will be in breeding ratios

- 15 Aulonocara jacobfreibergi (Otter Point)
- 15 Aulonocara stuartgranti (Niagra)
- 15 Aulonocara stuartgranti (Usisya)
- 15 Copadichromis trewavasae
- 15 Otopharynx lithobates
- 15 Scianeochromis fryeri

not going to work .
the m/f ratios woul be like 7:8 causing many deaths
unless your lucky enough to get a 3:12 on every set.
but...whatever

alright than....any suggestions? I'd be buying from a wholesaler and the fish would be old enough/big enough to sex...hybrids wouldn't matter, it's for a client who just wants lots of activity and color....the other 400 gallon tank in the same room is discus, which I'm all good with, africans, not so much

mbunas would be beastly in that tank.

get like 10 each of like 7 different species and pile up buttloads of rock in the back

that would be some serious gnarly

PLEASE!!! dont do mbunas in this tank, 400 gallons if PERFECT for a hap tank, and you can even have peacocks in there. wow if i had a 400 it would have every big hap i could like venustus and rostrotus
