Pearsie & Heterospilus growth thread

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Pearsii's 8-9 inches now? From 1-2 inches in February? Almost an inch a month?

I have no idea why they leave it alone. I first put one little one in and thought it would be gone in the am. Then kept adding them. Maybe they get enough romaine ? Or they realize that they drivee nuts most of the time and figure they would throw me a bone and leave the plants alone lol

Yeah i would say a lil over an inch a month had a spell where he blew up side ways but now is putting length on again

Just an update on this little guy. Tons of personality and super easy to care for never messes with any of his/her tankmates. Super slow growth though.

How come they don't rip all the anubias off the driftwood? That wouldn't fly at my house at all. Some trick to that or something?
Bro I was thinking the same thing, I've been bouncing my pearsei back and forth between tanks because of aggression and him tearing up my plants. Lol at the moment he's attacking my plastic plants

Looking good, nice healthy looking fish.
