Try astaxathin powder and spirulina...these are the best for color.

I don't like Omega, my fish don't eat it as readily as Hikari pellets, if I run out of Hikari and cant get to the shops it takes acouple of days before they'll eat Omega. I also have this problem with New Life, some eat it and other just look at it. But everyone likes hikari esp Cichlid Gold

Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets...I've never had a fish turn them down,use it to acclimate from live to prepared.It's EXPENSIVE.$10.00 at my petco For 2 Ounces!!
