Some people come onto this forum never using a forum before in their lives.
It can be pretty difficult to navigate this site if you have never used a forum before.

this was my first forum and i found everything easily.. its right in front of my face. cant get any simpler then that. the stickys are the first thing i saw and clicked on when i entered this forum for the first time. MFK's layout and organization is incredible simple to navigate. however, people who struggle with English may have difficulties, i think a lot of the time that's the case.

anyways, i totally agree with u. bashing beginners for asking a question is not acceptable.

U guys are all pretty cool. This is the exact reason I came to this forum.

hey another michigander... Welcome!!!

It took me a few days just to find my way around.

The search bar has become a very good friend of mine (Thank you Nic lol)

If people were just approached differently on here then there would be less BS.

We are all here for the same reason.

We love our rays and we want what is best for them.

In response to a previous thread YES YOU CAN KEEP A HYSTRIX AND A RETIC IN A 75 GALLON TANK!

Not for their entire life but while they are small there is no reason why they can't be housed for a few months in a tank that size.

Perhaps this fact should have been shared along with some good filtration tips.
If you were to tell every new person that, I can guarantee a big fraction of them will only read the YES and assume it works for life...

Not really if they pay attention to what alot of people in here are saying they would understand that they anly mean the best for there pets as well as your own.

This was a problem with a bulling RedBelly P

Take the bully out and get a knife. Cut part of his fin off and then he will see how it feels and will possibly chill out a bit.......
If that doesn't work take him back out and drop him on the floor 2x I am not talking from 6 feet but a good 3 feet off the ground, this may knock some sense into him...
If that doesn't work, put a little puncture in his side and then throw him back in with the other Ps.....Just be prepared to remove him before they totally shred his @ss...... Then when he heals he can rejoin the group and should have a whole new outlook on life...
I am here 24 hours for advice so do not hesitate to ask :)

You see with knowledge such I am more than happy to help anyone that comes in. I am proud to offer help to anyone Newb or vet. All they have to do is ask!!!

i agree...i also disagree.

im fed up of people that come on here asking for advice and so they recieve 5 pages of advice and help and blank it all and get ANOTHER fish that they shouldnt or dont no anything about.

im here to learn and help, but some people can just be ignorant/trolls.
