I'm doing the same tank with cichlids right now, in the process of selling all my fish, which included a 20" poly. Endlicheri. The fish was huge and IMO way too big for the tank lol I'm thinking bout doing a shoal of pictus, one or two ornate pims, and now a Lima shovel nose after reading this thread lol just my $.02

Archara cats are pretty cool. Should do fine in a 180 too.

Definitely will I'm not sure but I think I've seen them in a lfs around me, I should of jumped on them when I had a chance lol
