If you are going to try and sell something (whether it be a fish tank or something else) for a reasonable price (or ridiculous price)....PLEASE CLEAN IT. How many times have I passed stuff up because you couldn't pay ME what you are asking to clean it up...? Really...it better be a good deal if you aren't going to clean it first.
And on that note, if you are trying to sell something other than free or cheap (or even if you are)...post a freaking picture with the ad. Everyone has cameras on their phones, find one and post a picture so we both aren't wasting our time.

About the spelling thing, at least in my case, english is my second language and I honestly don't think my english is going to be as good as a native speakers. I think that I have decent spelling, and I honestly don't think i have to sit down for 4 hours a day to learn spelling so that I can participate in MFK. I'm here cause i love fish and seeing other people's fish, not to show off my spelling..

About pet peeves, I agree with cleaning a product before you sell it. And I totally hate, hate, hate, when bands you knew from when nobody knew them become totally famous(sorry bout spelling) and they are no longer cool...

or having an excuse to window shop in the fish store, like buying feeder fish so u can look around !!!!

Sheesh. I'm so poor I don't even buy things. I just make friendly with the employees and hope they throw me good freebies now and then.
agreed on people who tell u what they paid for something. I hate the "im selling this for $200, but I paid $600"...............ok? so?
People who buy RTC for a 55g, swear they have a 5000000000g tank they are building and than their plans "fell through" so they sell the RTC for am ridiculous price.
