No argument, only a discussion. Fish in cages arent typically being used IN aquaponics, they are being farmed FOR aquaponics (among other reasons). This is technically aquaculture. Also the cages are typically open top or large mesh so there would be no reason to open the cage to feed them. Might change your theory a bit.

Yes, that is what I meant thank you. I am nearly positive that some fish jump out of a open top cage or when they are catching them to give to customers who are going to use them for aquaponics, some are bound to flip out of the net...

My wife just told me of a story where a vice president of PETA had diabetes. When asked how she could take insulin which had been tested on animals. Her response was well I have to. So that I can live to free all other animals. That hardly sounds like a hypocrite at all.

I hope ya'll don't associate all vegans with PETA. I've been a vegan for quite some time now, an animal rescuer for even longer, and a PETA hater for a very long time. They have to be the most hypocritical animal rights organization that there is - preaching about how we shouldn't exploit animals, and then go and exploit women for advertising purposes. Killing tens of thousands of healthy, adoptable animals. They are extremists, and nothing more.

I'm gonna be a troll on this. But... I don't like Peta. Can't stand vegans or their malnourished children they force to be like them. I don't like people that always complain about exploiting women. And people that rescue animals that are overpopulated inbred aggressive strays.
