Peta says: Fish Keeping = BAD!

On a myspace forum, some peta dick posted on a fish forum to stop buying fur. He shows pictures of the bunny getting slaughtered, but I guess he failed to mention that the pictures wasn't about slaughtering bunnies for fur, but for dinner! You see a pile of vegetables in the background. Some people eat rabbits! Rabbit is actually pretty tasty! And of course, everyone was like, "WTF does this have to do with fish?!"

The worst thing it that they bend the truth in ways to make anyone who disagrees seem evil when in fact they are the d*mn county dog pound in SC had better adoption rates than these guys and people would and did release their dogs and cats on our (the local spca) property rather than take them next door to the pound where the were more likely to be put down. Wish we could make what peta actually does public knowledge they would quickly lose support.

but never forget the rules of extremist no matter what their flavor
1 they actually believe most if not all the nonsense they say
2 they believe if you disagree you are evil or brainwashed by society and must be "saved"
3 they tend to become violent as they gain power
4 they also make moderate rational people look nuts
5 they use lies and half truths that sound good to make points
6 and any good intentions will be lost along the way

the cure? education, information and regulations that make sense and are not based on scare tactics
