lol, no need to worry about 'adding' silicone, they use enough. Just super sloppy work. Just inspect the frames closely and look for bubbles/air pockets in silicone work.

I never had problems with the smaller tank either, Ive got many 20L and 40B in the past and zero issues. The larger 75's and 90's are a different story, well at least in my area.
I wish you luck with your project comrade, I am interested in knowing how these tanks will turn out. Any chance we could get a thread about them?
I think during the $1 per gl sale you can purchase the 75's for 1/2 price not sure exactly but I think maybe around $100 just for the tank, somewhere around that price is what I usually pay.
The sale used to be $1per gallon for all bare Aqueon tank. They then changed it to $1 per gallon up to 40. 55 and 75 are 1/2 normal price.

My black 125gal is also from this sort of sale. Often Petsmart puts up combos for sale as well. Normally the 6ft 125gallon combo goes for $649.99. I got mine on sale for $499.99, after pals rewards it was $472.

Tank is bought and in the house, 99 bones. Looks pretty decent, I definitely examined the hell out of it at the store. Time for a stand build, I’m not sitting this thing on my bookshelves.
