Petco is unbelievable!

I always open boxes - especially with glass, but that's just me.

Returns are odd with them due to the rules they have to follow. The store eats the cost of damaged goods being returned/exchanged. So a lot of managers will drag their feet on it.

Petco seems to be hit or miss. I've delt with many who were spot on. When moving my last bull shark, I knocked on the door of a store not open yet and they helped me out like crazy.

You are MISSING the point....and over exaggerating.

If it has GLASS I open it, if it is a HIGH dollar item I open it, If it is a company like petco I OPEN IT. ALSO before you get to register, that's just silly to open it at the register.
