So Petco has a Promo for Pet Supllies Free shipping on $60. or more items. I was curious as I can't find Eco Complete in any stores around. I saw there were exclusions and knew as ussual a Corp says one thing to draw you in, then does another. Here are the exclusions. I highlighted the ones in red that pretty much cancel it out. By the time your done, there is pretty much nothing you can order online that you couldn't just get in the store. Anythign special you would have wanted/needed you won't be abled to get the discount and get charged for shipping.
