Wow. With unemployment not far from 10% and an economy in the dumps, you want to put tens of thousands of people out of work? Remember this wont harm just PETCO employees but what about their suppliers, truck drivers, cleaning crews, their landlords, etc?
Not to mention, most of these people probably have pets, if they are out of work how can they take care of their pets?
Once you grow up and enter the real world youll laugh at yourself....I hope.

The Petco on 14th st. in NYC is actually really nice if you get the chance to check it out. They have a lot of corals and some cool stuff. Usually celestial pearl danios too!

Alright, sorry bud, the real deal though is I know you are upset with the company, and Ive spent time in petcos that had bad experienced people running the live animals, that said, now and then they get better people and things get real good. You think it would be easy to hire someone who knows reptiles and cares, must be harder than we think.
It should be mandatory for them to assign experienced people to handle the live animals, but thats no need to shut the entire store down, its just bad economics. I do feel with all my heart though they should be obligated to choose the correct people for the right department. If you want to stay on their butts about that then go for it. I feel your pain, but one of our petcos is real good now, those people shouldn't lose jobs because the others suck.
What makes me most mad about petco is they dont treat fish at all for parasites or anything at arrival, almost everything I got from them is cursed, petsmart and every other fish place I go to gets a handle on this.

u know whats wierd tho. ive noticed a difference in color and fins in petcos fish than at my LFS. i think maybe my LFS buys their fish from breeders. i think the LFS has more quality fish.
This was exactly my point with my earlier posts on this thread if that slipped by anyone. Actually, me petitioning to have the sun shut down probably has a better chance or working than this Facebook campaign. I don't even understand who you're petitioning to?
